Nucleofill 20 is a new line of biostimulant gel based on natural polynucleotides and high viscosity for skin rejuvenation and protection. As an anti-aging treatment, Nucleofill is designed to improve skin elasticity and tightness as well as aid in the prevention of wrinkles.

Polynucleotides activate two types of membrane receptors in fibroblasts, or rather:
• Receptor CD39
• Receptor CD40
The activation of these receptors leads to two effects:
• Stimulation of type I collagen production
• Maturation of fibroblasts in myofibroblasts
